| Options To give you time to contact friends, we will usually hold options on bookings for hold options for more than a day or two on late bookings (one month or less before departure) in high and peak seasons. How to book Once you have made up your mind, let us know by phone or email. We’ll then finalise your arrangements with you and take you through the booking process. The order of events from this moment on is as follows: 1. The booking email: Once you have decide to book please send us a confirmation email with all of the details of your booking, IE: how many rooms, dates (in) and (out), how many people etc. We will then confirm your booking via email. 2. The Deposit: We take a deposit of 30% of the price of your stay to secure your booking. (this must be paid within 1 week) 3. The Confirmation Invoice: We send you an email confirming the booking and the payment taken so far. 4. The Balance: For most bookings: another 30% of the cost of your holiday is due to us no less than 60 days before departure. Please do send us an email once this payment has been made. 5. For the final payment we are happy to accept cash on arrival. |
